Apologies for the problem, which has been there for a few weeks, but all is OK now.

HOW TO USE THIS SITE.
Many of you will already know how this site operates, but for others please do read our notes below regarding the operation of the site.
As you may realise, this site is somewhat similar in its operation, to an e-commerce site, BUT . . . instead of 'putting your items in your cart' the items are instead put on a list.
THEN, instead of paying for your cart's contents (as you would on an e-comerce site), instead, the list gets sent to us in an e-mail (and an automatic e-mail to yourself as coinfirmation). At this point we check the availablity of the items that you have expressed an interest in, to see if they are still available. We send you an e-mail to confirm - or otherwise - the availablity of the items you have expressed an interest in.
So then . . . you may well ask, why is the site "not a full-featured e-commerce site?"
We have to operate as we do because we do not ONLY sell through our web-site. In other words, we could be selling (at the same time) the very same item in our shop, or we may have sold it recently at one of the coins fairs we attend,.
However, once we have checked the stock situation, and hopefully confirmed that the items are available, we ask that you give us a phone call and pay via a DEBIT CARD.

HERE ARE SOME NOTES TO HELP YOU USE OUR WEB-SITE
Hopefully pretty easy stuff, but some explanation might prove useful . . .
1. You will see that the site is similar to e-commerce sites, in that you select the items you are interested in and these go on 'your list'. (Similar to puting items in to a 'cart' on an e-commerce site.).
2. However, instead of then paying for those items, the system will instead send us 'your list' of items that you have selected.
3. When we receive your list (please note: we are open Wednesday to Saturday 11am to 7pm.) we will check our stock - as we may have already sold the item, either at our shop, or at one of the coin fairs we attend.
4. Either way we let you know via e-mail, the availablity of the items. We also confirm any total due - including any postage fee. You then phone us with your payment - Debit Card payments are preferred.
GENERAL: Please note that when you are viewing an item, and you have clicked on a picture to enlarge it, all you need to do is drift the curser over that picture, and it will automatically display the other side of the item.

February 2012 update:
During January we have upgraded our software and hardware so that our updates are easier and faster to run. This will not only make things easier for us, but will also mean that you will see a site that is much more up-to-date.

SEPTEMBER 2011 UPDATE
Having launched this site last year, we focused on getting stock scanned and loaded onto this site. This rush resulted in each denomination being listed in a pretty random order.
Now we have re-sorted each denomionation in the milled sections, to get them all in date order. This clearly makes your search mush easier.
As you may have noticed, this web-site is frequently updated. Often several times a week, in fact. So keep an eye out for our new stock coming on line. New items will be marked as 'NEW' for a few weeks, to make it easier to find them.

SEPTEMBER UPDATE

AUGUST 2010 UPDATE
THIS SITE WAS RE-CONFIGURED ON 10th August 2010
The changes to the site are to improve the way you can find the particular items you might be interested in. Instead of just listing, for example, all the Hammered coins when you click on "Hammered" . . . and then you having to scan down a long list of hammered coins . . . you now, can just select the demonination that you want, once you have selected Hammered .
This will then display a list of just the selected denomination, within Hammered.
The result is an easier access . . . and faster response.
